From them we extract the practical techniques of Cardiac Coherence with which we can regulate our Autonomous Nervous System.<\/p>\n<p>The research of HeartMath Institute has been carried out with horses since 2005. Based on this <em><strong>scientific studies and 17 years of my own experience in professional work with horses<\/strong> <\/em>(as a rider, horse trainer, international riding instructor N3, riding instructor for people with learning disabilities, about 3000 hours in horse therapy, working as a personal and executive coach and horse assisted coach), <em><strong>these trainings have been developed for making the most of the application of the HeartMath System\u00ae to the horse-human relationship and to professional work with horses.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Two training courses are available with specific applications of the HeartMath\u00ae System.<\/strong><\/em> One is for people in contact with horses and the other is for professionals working in Horse Assited Coaching.\u00a0 These trainings allow you to get the most out of all the benefits of Heart Coherence in these areas.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>The student receives the HeartMath Institute\u00ae manual with Heart Coherence activities and the main contents of the programme along with the Official HeartMath Institute\u00ae Certificate.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>*Those are on-line trainings divided in 1.30 hour sessions whose are schedule at the convinience of the student.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><strong>HEARTMATH\u00ae SYSTEM APPLIED TO HORSES<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><strong>This training is for riders, amateurs, professionals from the horse world and anyone who is involved with horses<\/strong><\/em><\/h5>\n<p>The training provides a practical framework of self-regulatory tools.
